Specially Designed Tradeshow Vans & Systems

Our 48- 51- and 53-foot-long tradeshow vans have logistics tracking and are equipped with a full complement of on-board equipment including pads and decking. Most vans are air-ride and liftgate equipped. Powered liftgates reduce the possibility of damage during the loading and unloading processes when a dock is unavailable.

Pad Wrap • Crated • Mixed Loads

Bekins Tradeshow services offer complete pad-wrapping service for displays that can't easily be broken down and crated. Whether its 10 or 500 pads, our pad wrapping provides superior protection along with expediency. Along with the flexibilty of mixing crated and pad-wrapped display components, we also handle booths which require full crating or have equipment to display. Our professionals handle everything with extreme care and consideration. We understand how fragile —and expensive —displays can be. We're so confident we offer standard release value of $5.00 per pound with additional coverage available.

When your exhibit needs to make an appearance at a private event, we can handle that assignment, too. We will attend to packing, rigging, storage and removal or return of exhibit empties to the booth space.

We use color-coded labels to quickly identify pieces for set up or split shipments. And, our upfront billing policy ensures there are no hidden charges.
